2. Your Account: In Bangabasi Seller can Join as an individual person or as an organisation or a company(registered). To sell on Bangabasi you have to register here and create your seller account. To register on bangabasi.com you have to submit some documents like

   2. Canceled cheque as bank account proof ( If you don’t have any cheque you can submit any other valid official document )
   3. PAN CArd Number (optional for below 3 lacs turnover on Bangabasi)
   4. GST number (optional. But if you have a GST Number you have to submit it)
   When you are registering you will click on the “I agree” button that will be considered that you agree with all our terms & conditions.
3. Seller Identity: Bangabasi is a creative marketplace. You can join as seller as an individual or as an organisation or company. Reselling is not allowed here. Your age has to be 18+ to join as seller.
4. Content & Copyrights: Bangabasi is a marketplace of individual third-party sellers.The content uploaded including the designs and photo on bangabasi by the sellers will be their responsibility only. Sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to their content and that they are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights by posting it. Bangabasi can't speak on behalf of the content owners. Bangabasi will disable the content if receives a report against the content for violation of law.
5. Copyright Compaints: Bangabasi takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content & product photo submitted by you. Bangabasi seller will be 100% responsible for violation of our terms & conditions. Bangabasi respects the intellectual property of others. If any complaint is received by Bangabasi that you as a seller has used anyone else’s content or product photo or the design that product will be disabled from bangabasi.com within 48 hours.
6. Communication: Communication between Bangabasi and sellers will be done through e-mails or whatsapp. Sellers will be considered to read the emails or whatsapp messages carefully and will contact us if they don’t understand or have any issues with it.
7. Delivery Support: Delivery Support will be provided by Bangabasi. product will be picked from the seller’s provided address. By agreeing with our T&Cs will be considered to be available at the time of pick up. If you change the existing address will notify us asap.
8. Payment: According to Bangabasi’s policy, we clear payments for pre-paid orders by the next two days after picking up the product from your doorstep. For COD orders, payments will be transferred 5-6 days after the product is delivered to the customer. Pre-paid orders refer to those where the customer has chosen the online payment mode. The payment status of each customer will be visible on the Seller Dashboard.
9. Product Information: As a seller it is expected that you will keep your shop and product details updated. If any of your products is out of stock and you have not updated it in the seller portal, you are responsible to deliver it to the user in the specified time. In case you fail to fulfill the order the penalty charge will be applicable against your shop. The penalty amount will be 3% of latest customer's price.
   As a Seller it is expected that you will upload the weight(max among the actual and volumentric) properly. If the actual weight crosses than your mentioned weight penalty charge will be applicable.

Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. Our product average delivery time is 5-15 days although it varies based on the shop on Bangabasi. In the event, if the product you received is not proper as it was shown in the picture or different than mentioned in the description we will replace your order with the new proper one after investigation that your reasons are genuine. You have to provide an unboxing video proof to claim any kind of dispute. For any kind of breakage we will replace the product after investigation and receiving proper proofs. If you just want to return the product without any dispute (i.e, there was not fault from our side) you may return the product but you will be refunded partially deducting the shipping charges that may vary from ₹ 100 – 300 based on the product but this condition won’t be applicable for the customized products that will be exclusively made for you. No return policy will be applicable for the customized products. Please read the fine prints of each deal before buying it, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.
In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

  We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.
  In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund. The applicable conditions are mentioned above.
  For online payments refund will be credited back to the same account from where transaction was made. For COD orders refund will be credited to your wallet balance.
